We have had some awesome weather here. Just puts me in a great mood, to be outside and enjoy.
It's Wednesday, the day we share our workspaces...Julia at the STAMPING GROUND has been our host going on 6 years. Yesterday I received my ATC from Canada in our Anniversary exchange
I also did a post on the one's I made and sent out in the previous post.
And my workspace....haven't really been creating. Last rainy day my hubby and I went to the city and I found treasures~~ Tim Holtz was on sale, as was the paint. Not pictured, I also got some grey and white chalk paint to try on a few wooden things I want to refurbish..Will keep you posted.
During the weekend I went to an estate sale and a Quilt Shop closing sale. Will do a post on the fun items I purchased there in a day or so.
Spent most of yesterday, trimming the yard, so hubby could mow, weeding the flower garden and picking rhubarb, Chinese cabbage and Kale. I made kale chips and later will do a rhubarb crisp. The Chinese cabbage I used for tuna salad wraps for lunch.

Your garden sounds wonderful! I'm harvesting Rhubarb this year and I love it! We have been desperate for rain in these parts!
Ooooh -- I must be the garage sale queen, so I can imagine how much fun you had at the estate sale. I look forward to your share. Hi Sylvia - yes it is a serger - I didn't use it for years till Annie showed me how. Now I wouldn't be without it. It would be worth getting someone to show you how to thread it up again. You would love it once you got into the swing of it! x Jo

Thanks I checked with our sewing center and they won't help but someone suggested a gal who does what Annie does...dresses, hems etc from her home and I'm happy to even pay for the time and I know she will when she has some time..
What wonderful and HEALTHY food you are getting from your garden. Makes the work that much more worthwhile.
Nice sale, apparently. I try not to get too much Tim, because it seems everyone has it. But yours looks wonderful, especially since I have similar clock, only mine is a mask, not a stencil.

The ATC is gorgeous and it's packaging. I love the clock faces you bought. My vegie patch is all weeds now, no time to play in there. I'm glad you can use your vegies. The rhubarb chips sound yummy.

I loved your AtC, thank you so much. And as I'm late to Woyww let me also say how fab your June swaps are too, just lovely.I'm very interested in the refurbishments. I wonder how many rainy days you're going to have from now for a while....
