WOYWW #543

Happy Day to all of you, it's another Wednesday the day we share our workspaces. Ms Julia has all the fun info at the STAMPING GROUND

I has been fun to have some time to create, visit and enjoy my work area.
Another small table and supplies I used to create these Halloween tags made on wide sticks.

Now will pack up these supplies and work on an area to do my Chritmas fun.
Thanks for all the visits, I truly enjoyed catching up with each of you.  Have a super week.  We'll be having "snow" later tonight.  Hopefully it will melt and not make too much of a mess.

WOYWW #542

Welcome, it was refreshingly fun to be back last week. Thank you for all your visits and lovely comments.  Wednesday's come so quickly, but it's fun to take time to visit Ms Julia at the STAMPING GROUND and visit so many fun bloggers.  Just visit  and play along.

My desk:
Cleared up and waiting for "INSPIRATION" to create a few little journals..A tea dyed envelope and a couple of paint chips left over from the collaging in a little Paint Chip Glue Book.  You can see it
HERE
Above and below is a 1920's photo album I purchased from a local business closing their doors.
The photos are really unique and I might try to find relatives, and maybe use some in some of my tags etc.  I really loved finding the old paper dolls.  Never expected them to be in this album.

Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful WOYWW kind of day.

Paint Chip Glue Book

Welcome, haven't posted in awhile on things I've created, as I really seem to have taken a break.
It seemed August flew by, and September arrived only to be gone as quickly.

I got involved in sorting...again.  The store room took days, I did accomplish a lot but know one but me would understand if they peeped in the door today. Yes there is still a lot and I'll work with it little by little but enough is enough.  Each month I spent a week or so doing lots of paper work for my mother's financial affairs. Hopefully that will be ended in October and other Services will handle it.

Also a messed up weather month for September and now October. I spend time taking hubby to and from fields to do the harvest of corn and soy beans.

Moving equipment after he finishes the fields up. Soy beans are done and went to market. Now it's corn and with the wind and rain we are hold once again.  In a move  he takes the combine, I bring him home for a tractor and 2 wagons, sometimes another trip of another tractor with a smaller wagon and then the last trip he takes his truck. He sometimes leaves equipment in the field overnight and the truck gets him home for break downs, and quitting time. We try to move equipment during the daytime hours.  Night moves are dangerous.  So I'm kind of on call 24/7. For moves to 5 different locations.

I just took part in making a vintage collage paint chip glue book thru a facebook group I belong to.
Here are a few photos.
We were to have 10 paint chips.    I narrowed them down to the colors below but guess what,
I changed some of them as I had more stamps/papers to go better with other colors.  Vintage Collaging is much different than the ATC's I love and making cards, tags etc.  I just think it takes up more time locating Vintage things to work with and coordinating colors etc.  Some make it look very easy when completed.  But for me it is not.

The cover and back page above.

It was put together with a ring at the top :Cardstock is  6 x 4"  and the paint chips are 5 x 2 1/2"

Thanks for stopping by,  Enjoyed my time inside today as it's rainy, windy and cold.

WOYWW #541

Welcome, it's so nice to be able to participate in another sharing of the desk day.  Ms Julia at the STAMPING GROUND has details on all that's fun with this Wednesday sharing.

My 2 desks this week, just reorganized the area and hoping for a few days of creative time.

A few new things I picked up while visitng the city.
For sure have to get a card made for my sisters "70th" birthday.

I've been on call for soy bean field moves for hubby and a tag a long with his dentist visits. He will have implants soon. Weather has changed from 30's to promises of 60's.  So all is good. Corn will be next in a week or so.  A huge go over in all rooms, and garage. Donations and trash were great.

During the week of damp cold this little guy did a lot of napping with some sort of warm blanket !!

Thanks for stopping by.  May your week be creative and blessed.
