STAMPING GROUND. We post our desk or workarea to her blog and peep about others workareas to see what's going on in other areas of our world. Want more info be sure to visit her blog and get all the details.
Thanks to all of you who took the time to stop by last week.
I had a great day of creating, didn't bother to bundle it all up for the picture of a nice neat desk. I need to finish some of these up and get on to a few other projects. Most of these are die cuts from felt. The tiny crocheted hearts, I tried last week to refresh my crocheting skills. I did a post previous to this one on the YouTube site for the pattern etc, so you can check it out if interested.
The doily heart and red fabric and ribbon to the left are another plan!!!
This work table is to the left of the one above and I found a couple of cute ideas in my Country Living.I thought if I brought the magazine to my work area, I might remember to refer back to these projects.
Then there's a few corks I want to make into angels, but missing "Wings" and a "Big Bead" for the head so have to wait until I can go shopping for supplies!!
We had ice Tuesday AM and school delays Monday as on top of our 4/6 inches of weekend snow, we got some rain and then freezing temps to create quite the glaze for driving or walking.
But forecast is for a warm up in the 40's ??? in January ??? in Iowa??? Will take it no matter what.
A view from inside of untouched 1st measurable snowfall in our yard.. Something quite soothing about it.
Well thanks for stopping by, enjoy your WOYWW fun.

WOW awesome picture of the snow! So glad it hit north of us. I find it interesting Oklahoma has been missed by winter weather and the tornados that hit yesterday went south! Love all your Valentine goodies. Bundle up and stay warm! Thanks for sharing and have a great week! Vickie #27

I love those hearts in the first photo! I'm going to try to learn crochet this year, so am going to check up that link you mentioned.
It's been a weirdly mild winter here so far as well. Saves on the fuel bills, but the plants/animals are now out of synch.... Your pristine snow looks beautiful!

I love the snow, every one tends to slow down, family and inside become more important than friends, its a wonderful event. Lots of hot choccie, home made soup, oh I wish the snow would hurry up and get over this side of the pond!!!
Happy WOYWW, xx

I love looking at snow - through a window - not keen on it when I have to be outside. Lovely desk this week and those hearts are so pretty.

No snow here :( just wet and rain. I'd quite like just an inch or 2 and a blue sky and some sun - not much to ask! It's typical because we finally have a garden......Happy hearting :)
Beautiful hearts, very impressed, lovely pic of the snow looks so relaxing before it gets messed up, love your crafty area, looks so inviting, Have a great week, Hugs May x x x x
A lovely inspiring desk the hearts look lovely - i will be looking at the utube video , I have managed to master crochet flowers so i will try the hearts (thank you) I had to look to see where you lived when i saw the snow, it looks beautiful but it cause so much disruption here in the UK, and we hardly get any! Hope you have a great week Lou #84
Your desk looks so inviting and organised. I'd love to have a play on it! Love your hearts too - and enjoy your snow! :) We don't get a lot of snow here, and what does fall melts quite quickly. You'd never think that would be the case since I live so far north - in the middle of the North Sea!
Oh I so love snowy pictures, especially when I don’t need to go out in it and get cold. I took some lovely ones in Central Park, NY a few years back and was going to use them on my Christmas cards that year but didn’t get around to it………..may be this year!
Your desk looks as if you’ve been very productive, I love all the little hearts.
Happy Crafting!

You're right, taken from the warmth of the inside, snow is quiet and calm isn't it...I love the lacy edge to your window dressing. Your desk is a busy one - the felt is such fun...and the box with the heart on next to your mag...the top is lovely...is a gift? Nosey, huH! Keep warm!
