It's the Julia thing..........her .STAMPING GROUND each Wednesday, take a picture of your crafty space, post it on your blog, share it on her blog and you'll have visitors from around the world. Hop over get the deets and ENJOY:
The desk was pretty clean..made a wedding card for a nephew's wedding this weekend, with colors of black, silver and a dash of orange. The envelope, is a make over of a CD gift bag with an added flower.
A gourd, which no doubt never get a Santa face,
Thought I'd be further along with all the remake, but I DO have an almost clear path compared to last week. Weather was so nice Tues, I was able to finish up some small items with the pink paint.
My work down here, was interupted by a quick weekend trip to my sons and returning on Monday, has thrown me for a loop on what day is what. The 3 grandkids are growing up so fast, and had sooooo much to show us with the new house .
So very proud of my son Josh..he is a full time Electrician, and did all the electrical himself, put in the kitchen cabinets, laid all of the ceramic and wood flooring, helped Juli with all of the painting, put up window blinds and has loaded and unloaded belongings from storage and unpacked boxes for days and yet has plans of refinishing the basement this winter, with another bathroom, guest bedroom, family room, game room and storage area. Followed by pizza, computer games and hugs before bedtime and off to school good-byes, we had a wonderful time. A beautiful 4hr drive back home on "BACK ROADS", a stop at the Casino, netted me an extra $100...so I was a happy camper..
Thanks for stopping by, enjoy your week and I'm off to do some visitint!!

Hi there. Your place looks pretty awesome. Glad you had some family time, it's precious.
Your family time sounds awesome- its so lovely to spend some quality time. Love the pics of your workspace- we must be the only people who need to clear walkways in their hobby area, lol.Have a great Wednesday, Hugs Shaz #96
Isn't it fun to have a crafty space! After two years, I finally have a 'soap room,' in which I cure, store, label, and package my soaps. It's wonderful! We all need a crafty space. :-)
The things we crafters go through to link up at Julia's!! Your son sounds very talented, too. Helen, #4
I have to laugh at you tip toeing around with a flashlight, Sylvia! Sounds like you did have a great weekend! Your craft area is looking great...I'm jealous!
Your craft room is looking good. Just chuckling at you dropping into the casino and coming up trumps - well done you!!

Happy WOYWW. I love how we all love WOYWW. My hubby is out at a meeting tonight, so I have got the tv and my laptop to myself. Having a great time touring around workspaces. Ali x #87
Sylvia, don't tell, but I actually bought a card for a wedding last Saturday . . . but we had been out of town, so it's okay, right?

You have a nice workspace, I bet lots of creativity happens there! Isn't that great that your son is so handy, it must be wonderfully satisfying for him to be able to do all that work
himself. I wish it ran in our family, but it doesn't. Have a great week!
Your workspace is shaping up nicely - you're going to have such a fine time when that's all finished! And you should be rightly proud of your son and family, they sound wonderful!!

ah Sylvia a great looking crafting room. I am really enjoying watching you get yours together while mine continues to sit. I allow myself to be distracted too easily. Sounds like you had a really good time with the kids and grandkids. Have a great week and thanks for popping by my blog for a visit. Vickie #71
It's so nice to catch up with the kids and grandkids. Sounds like you had a great time and a win at the casino was the icing on the cake. Your son sounds like a very good handyman.
Have a great week.

Your craft space is progressing nicely! What a wonderful son you have...you and he are both blessed. Happy WOYWW! Nan 117
P.S. love your beautiful striped tabbies! I have two girls who love to hide under the throw rugs. LOL
Your son sounds delightful...I'm packing a bag and coming over, I see a place to sleep on your craft floor!
I think everyone is too embarrassed to mention that gourd.......Get a Santa face on it quick or take it out back, use a match on it as it must be a bomb or something worse.
Your craft space is coming along so beautifully, how lucky you are.
What a wonderful home your son has made for his family, no wonder you are proud of him.
Thanks for popping by my desk... or left overs from the fab weekend with WOYWWers!

It just goes to show how addictive WOYWW is, doesn't it? That we'd creep around in the dark to get a photo without waking peeps up, just to ensure we join in! I've not been quite that mad though I have stayed up REALLY late to join in, or got up VERY early.... LOL...
Love your workspace! And I'm coming to take over your son's house, it's divine... hehehehe
Hi Sylvia I am back...have been looking at some of your older posts...i see you can also work up a storm..and that you are a very busy lady....i am thinking of going to a couple of christmas bazaars next month...any tips on what sells?? I live in Athens..
