WOYWW #225

Oh my time just whiz's by. Julia over at the STAMPING GROUND   has all the info on her side bar if you want to know what some of us around the world do on Wednesday's .

An assortment of little bottles to be altered, a broken clothespin, some 2012 Halloween cards I want to use as samples for a few I need to make.  Have to work on a few more birthday cards as the days will be here before I know it.

We are having some beautiful fall weather,  enjoying it by taking a walk and riding my bike each day. My goal is to lose some weight.  Staying away from sugar, breads and potatoes.  I thought it would be a bigger challenge but so far not so...enjoying cucumbers, tomatoes, and kohlrabi from the garden.  And using a smaller plate.  Missing my cola, but trying different teas and lots of water with lemon.  Oct 1st might join a fitness center with our hospital to work on my problem areas..LIKE THE WHOLE BODY.

Have a great week, enjoy the WOYWW visits and thanks for stopping by

We are having pretty Fall weather too, but it is terrible that I am too busy to go out and enjoy it. At least I had the doors open and could listen to the breeze through the leaves. I love that sound.
Well, I look forward to seeing what you do with the pretty bottles. I haven't got into altering things much, so want to see the results. I hope you will post it. Thanks for the peek.

I love those bottles and I'm sure you will make them even more beautiful. Good luck with your exercise and diet, I like food too much to even try and I always have good intentions of walking but never seem to get the time.
Have a great week,

Good luck with the weight loss. No added sugar and cutting right down on potatoes, rice and pasta is working for me....over 2 stone gone already! :-)

The bottles are gorgeous. Good luck with the weight loss. I used to be able to lose weight quickly but the older I get, the harder it is. Mind you, sitting in a craft room probably doesn't help! Hugs. Pam#34

Hi Sylvia,

I had to enlarge your photo so I could see everything! I love the owl - you know, I have a thing for them! The Halloween (bag?) with the vintage images is adorable. I bought a Halloween stamp so I'll be making a few cards too. Can't wait!

Fall is definitely here too. I turned on the heater to make sure it would kick on and sure enough, some time early this morning it did - I had set the thermostat to 60 degrees. It's a beautiful time of year.

Thank you for visiting me already!
Happy WOYWW

I had a good laugh over your problem areas. I have issues with that same area! Huh! Imagine that! I used to collect little bottles so they made me smile to see them on your desk. I'm sure you'll do brilliant things with them... and that broken clothespin.
