IT'S WOYWW #231

Good Morning  to all of you interested in WOYWW.  At Julia's blog Stamping Ground you can get all the details of what happens on Wednesdays.  I missed last weeks post, as I had so many things that I was trying to catch up on. Spent some great time with my mother on one of our nicest fall days.

My work space has some completed cards today.  I've 2 friends having surgery this week so these will be in the "Get Well" mail today.  Also must do a few birthday cards before months end.
We are having a dreary, rainy day so after lunch might be a good time to have some creative time. I am hoping the snow forecast stays west of us. I really am not ready for snow this early in the season.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your WOYWW visits.  I'm off to make a Tater Tot Casserole for lunch.

Ooh, what's a Tater Tot Casserole. Sounds good and has potatoes in it. Lovely cards but the cats on the side bar took my eye I must admit. Lovely!
Thanks for visiting me when I was still snoozing. Hugs, neet xx 22

Tater tots?! Yum love 'em! Now I was eyeing the big roll of hemp twine when I saw the comment about the punchella roll. Went back to look...OMG that's huge! Here's hoping the 'S' goes north of you. :) Thanks for the earlier visit! WOYWW hugs! Nan G #20

Hi Sylvia,

Your cards look beautiful. I'm sure they will bring a smile to your friends. I keep telling myself that I'm not really interested in making cards but when I come visiting you and some others I think "why not."

I would love to learn to crochet. I have always loved granny squares and lately have seen the lace along pillowcases. that makes my heart sing!

Thank you for visiting me already! I'm off today so will be having fun desk hopping.

Happy WOYWW
Peace,
Kay

Such pretty fall cards. What a good friend you are to make cards for your friends having surgery. I hope you get to play later today and that the snow stays away.

Hello Sylvia
Your work desk looks very interesting.
I like the look of that roll of paper - is it punched holes or just dots??? I've never seen it here - it makes an interesting background to the seed packet image.

Your cards are little works of art and I'm sure they will be very treasured!
Best wishes to your friends.
hugs
Shane

Yours cards should cheer your friends. I haven't made that casserole in a very long time. My kids love it but it is a lot for just us two. Peg R #118
