WOYWW #303 ? or 302 ?

It's Wednesday and time for What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday...a weekly showing of our workspaces. Julia at the STAMPING GROUND started this a few years back and she has all the details of visiting and partaking on her blog.

I've missed a few weeks not by choice, but by lack of time. Several funerals again, sorting closets to get out the spring things and put away winter. Each year I hate it more. I've stacks here and there. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.  Don't fit, donate, ah maybe if I lose weight, don't like, sweat shirts, tee shirts, sweaters, vests, dress clothes, casual clothes and what I wear around daily. With one closet it's a cram and store thing, and I am about done doing it. Don't know the solution but it's causing me havoc. For one thing I am too short to reach the shelves and the room is too small to add any more chests for storage.  Just pitch it and start over.

This was taken last week as I finished up my ATC's  then I left to spend time with grandkids, watching their final season basketball games and grandson's qualifying State Swim Meet.

ATC theme was Fairy Gardens.  but the lighting was bad and photos are not so good, but you get the jest of it I guess.

Hopefully this week I can finish up a few ideas I have for birthdays coming up.
Thanks for stopping by. Wishing you good health, great weather and creative time.

I love your fairy Garden tags, so pretty and sweet. The colours are very springlike too, just what we need after a grey, cold winter :-)
Thanks for your lovely comments and for all the support over the past four years!
Hugs, LLJ 31 xx

Hi Sylvia. Beautiful handmades on your desk today. Sweet fairy cards, and the ATCs are looking good.
Not sure I have any ideas re your seasonal clothing issues. I simply have one small wardrobe - and that does for everything - but then, we don't have HUGE weather variations being here by the sea.
Thanks for already visiting and for your comment. Yes, life does have the habit, doesn't it??! I have to admit, though, that I have actually considered doing the church website as being creative - LOADS of new learning, but a real desire to make it glorifying to God as our window on the world. It's been fun, too!
Take care. God bless.

Oh girl, I know exactly what you mean about the closet issue. I have taken over a large walk in closet now and my life is so much easier. Also If I haven't worn in awhile I've been trying to clear out. I'm finding there is a large amount that has simply gone out of style. So I guess it never really ends for us ladies. Your desk looks like you will be busy! Hoping your Spring arrives soon. We've had a tiny tast the last few days and it's so nice!

It's good to see you've had time this week to not only craft but enjoy special times with your family. I'm resting up at home today to hopefully shift this chesty cold my little twinnies passed on to this last week so am enjoying my bloggy visits this week.
Hugs,

Oh I love your fairy cards/atcs. I used to have the book of the tree fairies when I was a child and seeing those imaes brings back sweet memories.
I can so identify with you wardrobe issues. I'm the same. I tend to change shape through the season. I always have to go on a diet in the spring so that I can fit in my summer clothes!
Have a great week,
Lisca#33
PS I'm thinking of our fellow desk hopper Shoshi today who's operation has been postponed yet again! I can't imagine how she must be feeling.

It sounds as though you have your hands full with all that sorting out. I do not envy you that job. Those ATC's are so pretty and that has reminded me that I need to get a few done asap. Thank you for your visit this week and your lovely comments. Have a good week. xx Maggie #19

FAB ATCs!!!
I still do a little of the season closet switch, but not nearly like I used to do. Being retired, I got rid of a lot of "dress" clothes, only keeping a few for essential events. But I do need to dump some things that I seem to have out grown......(grin). Our area is very casual.....most people just say "redneck".....LOL

Thanks for the earlier visit and the lovely comment.
to answer your question about labeling my photo. I use a Microsoft Digital Image program, but also have the Adobe Photo Shop that I still am learning about.
So much to learn so late in life.

I too have been AWOL for a few weeks as Life got the better of me. Here I am at 7:40pm after a day at work and watching my son's cricket match and dinner! I do like your ATCs. My clock phone has a light in it too, in the handset which I can angle! I got it at Typo about 1.5 years ago.

I don't think you are alone with wrestling with clothes, I believe many of us have the same issues. Pull out what you love and some favorite lounge around the house clothes then donate the rest. You will feel better. Of course I need to follow my own advice! Truly adorable fairy ATC's. Diane # 43

Luckily I live in the sub tropics so we don't get a great variation of weather. I just have some jumpers and cardigans for winter, so plenty of room. I don't envy you having to change your closet all the time. Your ATC's are beautiful. Have a great week,

Beautiful ATCs. So many pretty details. I sympathize with the whole clothes/closet/storage issue. I have exactly the same issues. Would love to just donate it ALL and start over, but can't afford to do that.

Sylvia I think you need to purchase a tiny set of two steps to reach more easily those shelves which store you clothes and other things. I'm short too so I have learned.
Your ATCs are full of the beauty of Spring - so sweet!
