Oh I've missed Friday's Smiles for quite sometime. Annie at A Stitch in Time hosts the happy day.
I just received some photos of my 3 grand girls in Virginia: I smiled a lot and shed a tear, I miss them and the fun we could be having if we lived closer. My son tries to keep them busy outside and this seems to offer a lot of entertainment.

What gorgeous grandies! Lovely girls! I can imagine you miss them a lot.Luckily now with iphones and Skype, you can keep in touch. My grandson is in Italy, thousands of miles away and my D-I-L sends me photos almost every day on my phone. I can see him grow.

Three beautiful little girls. It is hard at times to be so far away, but at least modern technology makes the miles seems less. It is good to see them having fun outdoors, but like you, it is more comfortable inside here now. Kate x
I think if I had three grand daughters like this, a photograph of them ,especially where they are having such a good time, would certainly make me smile.
