Hi everyone, it's 3 a m, something loud awoke me and I realized it's Wednesday. Julia hosts our sharing of the desks over on her blog the STAMPING GROUND. Besides just sharing our crafty hobbies, we also make comments to desk shares from the link up, when we don't have some life pressing issues. As a phone conversation is rarely possible with this many blogging friends,as we range from areas ALL over this world.
I will visit today and try to pick up the conversations of last week as I never made many visits. It was many life issues or one of those weeks you really just don't have the UP attitude or even the time to just pop in for a quick view.
My desk was in darkness *click on the photos to enlarge. The room is in total chaos and I have several birthday cards for March to get made. The ideas just not popping out at me.
Our little winter friend who takes up shelter under this table. We are feeding him corn/vegetable peelings etc as his normal eating is totally under piles of snow. The first I noticed him there, he was nibbling on a tree branch. I cannot open this patio door as a wall of 4ft snow is pasted against it. He has 2 friends who come and go also.
My husband puts out corn in the road lanes for the beautiful pheasants trying to survive. No warm up in sight and more snow on the way this weekend We will drive to the city today, roads are good now, for his medical checkup on the smashed finger. He's doing well, so hoping maybe cast off and therapy.
Thank you to all who made comments last week. I double up this week as I do enjoy seeing your photos. Have a happy WOYWW and enjoy a good week.

Wow, that snowy weather just keeps hanging on. We were very warm here last week and I noticed Bradford Pear trees in bloom and this morning back into the 20's here and for the rest of this week. No snow in sight for us but your's is pretty. You and your husband are so kind to think of the wild animals needing food and I love seeing the little bunny living under your garden table. Your room looks nice; I really love your ink storage. I could really use something like that! Have a great rest of the week!
Brrrr that little bunny / hare sure does look cold. How lovely that you help the wild life survive the winter. It's been so warm here that Spring flowers are all coming out a little early....I just hope we don't get late snow that damages it all.
Stay warm and safe.
Hugs,

Hope that finger heals soon for your DBH.
The little rabbit is lovely, how lucky he is to find people who will help him feed. I certainly don't envy you that much snow.
hugs, Neet 7 xx
Hi Sylvia, the bunny is so lovely, and I'm sure appreciates all the feeding, as do his friends. Cool he's found a nice shelter under the table. Hope all goes well with the finger.Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #5 X
Hi Sylvia. We've gotten lots of snow here in New Mexico but not quite like Iowa!! Glad you are watching out for the animals who can't quite get to their food source. The bunny is adorable.
I can't believe its March already. Your desk looks nice and creative.
Happy WOYWW

Wow - you have had an awful lot of snow. Lovely photo of the rabbit. I hope you have a safe journey for your hospital app. - that sounds a nasty injury. All the best. xx Jo
Well that little bunny has fallen on his feet finding your garden - what a little cutie he is. Good luck to your husband with his check up and I hope they take the cast off - it must be frustrating for him.
Have a good week, Diana x #15
Hi Sylvia, it just amazes me how animals like the rabbit survive at all they must be very tough little creatures. Lucky he found you at least he'll get a few treats. Hope the check-up went well. Wishing you a lovely creative week and a happy woyww, Angela x16x
That sweet bunny is one lucky little thing, I hope he will return when the weather brightens for you. Stay warm & good luck to Hubby with his finger.

P.S Enjoy your crafting when you get a moment.
Snowy times, for sure! Stay safe on those roads out there. We had nearly 40" of snow in February and a couple inches more already in March. Expecting up to 9" this coming weekend. Ugh! Guess I'll just have to stay inside and craft. he he
Well you certainly have plenty of snow Sylvia. Here it is just raining non stop. You are very kind to feed all those poor animals who can't find any food in this weather. Keep warm and safe. Sarah #3
Hi Sylvia. Goodness - that's some amount of snow! I did see snow on our mountains the other day when the clouds lifted, but we haven't had any all winter down here on the coast. A cute little friend there - glad he, and the pheasants are surviving thanks to your help.
Hope the inspiration comes for the March birthday cards!
Take care. God bless.
