WOYWW #705

Good Day to You, Forgot it's Wednesday, so scrambled around for photos.
All the visits for our group can be located HERE  I hope the remainder of the day goes better than 5am to 5:30am... PC not very speedy today, lots of hold ups.  I need to up grade and get rid of Chrome.

I've a real creative mess in my crafty spaces.

The start of a few homemade Christmas cards.

December Rolodex
A fabric bowl great video at Altered States Studio  Kristin Peterson
A couple of fabric trees my mom made years ago

Sorting fabric to make a few trees and more fabric bowls.
Some great weather the past week and I am almost done decorating. one more Nativity to set up in our TV area and I will call it quits.
But this one below was something I made in ceramics in the early 1970's, gave it to my parents and it displayed well set up near there big Victorian fireplace.  It's been in a tote several years as it came home with me the maker as I've no real space big enough to display it. BUT this year I crammed it together in our family room
2 of the camels are 9 inches tall and a few of the wisemen  8 inches. The Angel needs to be hung but did not want to stay on the peak so must work on a new solution.

Have a wonderful week, we may go today or tomorrow to finish up a few gifts and have lunch out, as snow is predicted for Friday/Sat.

Good job on the cards! I have yet to start mine. I think I will go mass production this year! Love your creche, so special! I could suggest using a clear Command Hook to hang the angel on the wall over the barn, the hook can be removed afterwards. All our snow is gone, and since we have to travel for Christmas this year, I'm not in any hurry to get it back! Have a great week, Lindart #16

Loving those fabric desorations Sylvia. We have a large nativity set where the figures stand 18" tall which just fits really well in our bay window. No decorations thia year though because we have the living room to decorate ready for a new carpet on 6th January. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #1

Honestly Sylvia, there’s nothing you can’t do! The nativity is wonderful, and so steeped in your family history. Your Mum’s wonderful trees too, how lovely to have them? I must say all my Christmas prep is a bit of a tribute to my Mum, after all, they’re the ones that e learn to ‘do’ Christmas from aren’t they. Love that you’re getting prepared to make more of those trees, what a lovely way to work through the month!

All the will in the world to visit on Wednesday and bombed out yet again, so sorry....better late than never though - I say.

Love all your creative doings, especially your December Rolodex and all the fabric too. Super Nativity display.

Chrome is a nightmare at the moment - I have no idea what is going on with it. It blocks me from random sites saying they are not secure - they are proper legitimate sites and wont let me pay for anything anywhere. I tried to switching to Bing but that is so sloooooow. At the moment I am flipping between the two and cursing them both.

Your nativity scene is gorgeous! It looks so good on display!

Sorry for the late comment - the week has run away from me.
