WOYWW 738

Welcome, it's a bright sunny, hot day here in Iowa on a Tuesday.  Missed last week as Tues/Wed were spent away. Had some xrays of knee/blood work 50 miles away so made trips for eating out/shopping new stores and enjoying the great weather.  And preparing this today as a scheduled post as  I don't know what tomorrow will bring.

The following 2 are part of our Daily 3x3 Inkbox cards for July's Jungle theme.

Then my desk, it's downstairs so don't make too many trips there with this knee but once there I try to accomplish creating and organizing once again.. WHAT A MESS.

A couple new Seth Apter stamps and a pack of various sized labels.  By the Fodder paper work, I've started a Tag Book. Worked ahead on the Jungle cards  and stashed that all in a file  so I can prepare  for Augusts Architecture.

I did watch all the videos on the Fodder Challenge, 12 days and really enjoyed the process and  fun projects shared. It is still open if you want to take a look  Access to videos etc will end Aug 4th  It's all free.
https://willa-workshops.teachable.com/    But don' t confuse it with Fodder School Starting Aug 4 $$$

Hoping to make that Tag Book this week and more of the foddered leaves.  I kind of like working with the Re Inkers instead of watercolors. Might have him bring that group of crafting upstairs it's all in a roll about .

My son and family are in Portugal ....the photos are so fun and what history in buildings I've seen WOW.  Most of my Wishes to visit in your area and theirs  are no doubt just wishes.  Air flights seem a mess and our passports are expired.  But we'll see .....................................................

WOYWW #736

Welcome, a great day to enjoy the inside fun I guess. It's dark and looks like some rain, which we need...OKay now it's thunder and lightening.  Starting off sharing my past week with our hostess, Julia and all her Mr. Linky friends HERE

I've been having some double daily fun, I signed up for a free class, it started Monday and will be 12 days of "FREE" Fodder School, with a different lesson and instructor each day. This is the link to sign up
https://www.willawanders.com/  and you can go back and start with lesson 1, 2 etc.  Videos are available until 8/5/2023.
A supply list is provided so you can prepare ahead of time, and most days you have what you need right in that STASH.  My 1st class "Watercolor Tropical Leaves"
12 Different Days of Learning for Mixed Media creating. USING UP STASH !!!!

But if you are not into watercolor you can use any way of coloring,  I need a good White Pen as mine didn't give me what I needed.  And I asked and so many volunteered ideas.
I've brought supplies upstairs and limiting my use of steps somewhat. A knee injury from jumping out of my sons jeep..I had ex-rays  and no broken bones etc  so avoiding MRI's , by having a brace, now using a elastic wrap and tape, massage etc and I am improving a lot Its just a slow process. Maybe a torn ligament/tendon..

Still partaking in the Daily  July theme Jungle

Well a nice rainfall and now back to my daily routine.  He brought in zucchini, so will make some pancakes adding blueberries.  Made a very delicious Peach Pie yesterday,  not a pie maker but I LOVE them .....also a few Kohlrabi were found, green beans, and radishes.
He enjoys growing garden veggies.  Nary a weed !!!

Enjoy a great week, thanks for last weeks visits.

Woyww #735

Yes, it's really me.....after a 5 week absence I'm here to partake in WOYWW Stamping Ground  weekly sharing of the desks.
The theme for a daily Inbox card is July Jungle

My desk is a total daily mess while creating these little cards, but I so enjoy it.
This was #1 for July  I post on Facebook and Instagram daily and with the group involved
A photo for the end of June, which I did not share with you, as "Life" had priorities, said good bye to 3 classmates, dealing with a knee issue, and working with garden vegetables.   Made Rhubarb jam, froze green beans, asparagus, 4 dozen cookies oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and a dozen blueberry, zucchini  pancakes.    This was last of the Japanese June
Wishing you all a great July, hoping the high humidity and hot temps are disappearing after some much needed nice rainfall.
