Welcome, thanks for stopping by. It's our What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, Our hostess Julia will be happy to add you to the group HERE or you can visit by way of Mr. Linky deskers all about our world.
I have had creative time....I can go up and down the steps pretty well once again, Right Knee (but lifting even a few heavy books isn't fun, Left Shoulder/Neck muscle issues. SO I HAVE A BIG MESS on all my work spots !!!
This is why I haven't posted for 2 weeks. No home computer. I ended up ordering a new Dell hard drive then the monitors I have would not be compatible so had to get a new one. SUCH a WASTE Had very frustrating times setting up 1 printer out of 3 imagine THREE..I had to also order a new one of those. HP.....words I can't say here..............the one I love ECHO ink is no longer compatible with Windows 10/11....I used it 2 years with 10 and no issue. I'd spent over 9 hrs in 4 days with them on the phone to get PINK ink on all 3 to stop printing. Mailing me defective color cartridges. AND MONITORING MY EVERY MOVE. The new one is a piece of junk. Prints ok but the loading of paper isn't simple. And I change textures of paper many times.
No lack of connective cords or power strips........................he'll help me get the no longer usables moved out...SUCH A WASTE.
My desk today Preparing 3x3's for September's daily theme Stamps. (postage/rubber) These can be seen on Instagram or my Facebook page.
Workspace for ink play...I've a tag book to play with at some point.
I've a few of the August theme Architecture.
I've a few of the August theme Architecture.
Hard to believe August is almost over. Weather was really an issue here, extreme heat for a week and a storm that damaged his corn and bean fields East of our home. He has Crop insurance so it will be assessed during harvest time only a few weeks away.
Wishing you all the best in whatever you are enjoying. Thanks for stopping by.

Lots to see today. Sorry about your computer issues. I gave up on printing much so a cheap Cannon from Walmart was fine. Also gave up and just purchased HP laptop and they are also fine. I keep it plugged in all the time so there are no issues with the batteries. It has worked for me and not so much expense although there are no cheap fixes! Weather here has been crazy as well, looking forward to cooler temps. Also a dogwood tree at my mailbox is blooming. How crazy is that? Usually every summer it does that on just a limb or two but this month it has bloomed all over. Have a great rest of the week!

I'm on a roll this morning. I've done the wedding dress and bridesmaid's dress plus shortened another dress and now have time to blog before the next customer arrives.
Sorry to hear about your computer/printer problems and hope they are resolved very soon.
Hugs,

Sorry to hear you still have pain issues, it can make you very down. I really empathise over the printer issues. My first two printers were Epson, never had any problems. My husband persuaded me to buy an HP, it didn’t like my Epson paper at all, so that went to waste. I don’t think the photograph printing is as good. I keep getting update message about windows 11, I am sure I will have to give in at some point. No crafting done for a couple weeks. Perhaps tomorrow. Happy WOYWW. Angela #17
What a time you've been having Sylvia with your printer, frustrating it is!! Here's to you feeling much better and pain free soon 🙏 sending gentle hugs across the miles 🤗 Despite all that you've been busy 😍 the architecture ones are fabuuuulous 🥰🤩💕 Sending much love and hugs, you take care and I hope your hubby gets some compensation 🙏🤞Tracy #13 xxx
Sorry to read about your computer, printer, and monitor all being incompatible. When I had a friend build my new computer, I was very specific. NO WINDOWS, period. I run Linux and it is compatible with my two printer, scanner, and camera. I feel for you, dear. I truly believe I will have this computer for at least 20 years.
We have had extreme heat, too, but no damaging rain or hail. I hope your husband's crop insurance is good and you survive this horrific year. Happy WOYWW from # 1.
Forgot to mention how much I like those Architecture squares. They are fabulous.
what an absolute nightmare you've had! I don't have a printer at home, but feel for you! Take care and hope all goes well with the harvest or the insurance one way or the other! Happy WOYWW Helen #2
I so agree with you about having to change whole appliances instead of being able to mend them these days, it’s appalling. But O guess life would be harder without a computer these days so it as to be done. Are there companies that recycle or repurpose old tech near you? We’ve done it quite a lot but Gordon makes sure to take the hard drive out and smash it with a hammer so no stuff can be used. Love those architecture artworks btw, they really appeal to me.
Hope you feel better soon as well,
Hugs LLJ 11 xx
