WOYWW #762

Happy Day to All,  It's 5 am here and about my normal time to rise and shine.
I missed last week, totally confused as to what day it was, and we both were struggling with sinus/aches/pains/no appetite.  But back to normal and have some energy. Drinking Gatorade !  Kind of dehydrated I think.  It's the season, but I think all the germs will be settled, as we now have SNOW and COLD temps.

Weather in USA is tragic from coast to coast..Here in Iowa about 4 counties are missing the heavy 11 in snow fall and we are one of them. about 5 inches. Now Winds 30/50 predicted. more snow and very low temps 10 to subzero thru the weekend.  Will be ok, if we keep electricity.

We had a wonderful time visiting my son and family, Dec 31/Jan 1....with some great weather for travel time,  Got new photos.  Cael junior at ISU, Cami freshman AZ State, Cash sophmore high school.

I have been putting away Christmas. General within rooms, and the crafty space.
Now working on Valentine's ...I'll share a few after we meet with his siblings in a week or so. The snow put a damper on our get together.

Little Bailey sleeps a lot during the day !  ...going on 15 and so well cared for !!!

Well here's the reason for the post.  Ms Julia at Stamping Ground gathers us up thru Mr. Linky and we share our desks, our highs and lows.  It's a great group and I am thankful.
I am working on 2 smaller tables as it's quite cool downstairs.  I can create quite the mess. My mind has so many ideas I can't keep up...It must be an age thing.
Wishing you all the very best during these winter months  Hoping you have sunshine in many ways,  Happy WOYWW

I’m glad to have a more normal week too. Every day was the same over the Christmas break. I’ve not had a lot of customers yes so have been enjoying a bit of creative time. Stay warm.

I’ve been reading about the terrible snow in the US, hope you won’t be too badly affected by it. We might be getting a lot of snow next week so fingers crossed that doesn’t happen, love the look of it all but it’s a pain to live with. Your desk is looking lovely with all those hearts on it - I know what you mean about too many projects, I’m like that too!

Me again! I’m so sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the Christmas card I sent you, that’s two that went missing now. I know it’s not the end of the world but it is annoying. But I did think of you and write a pretty card!

Love all those hearts on your desk. Glad to hear you are feeling back to normal. The temperatures have been very low here too, but it did get up to 3 degrees by lunchtime. Happy WOYWW. Angela #12

I am back after a short respite too. We in Ontario Canada are just starting to get winter this year, with cold weather and snow coming up from the States! However the snow has turned to rain, and the rain is obliterating the snow...but more snow is on it's way supposedly. Right now it's windy and rainy. Bailey looks so snug and cozy! Mittsy sleeps a lot these days as she refuses to go outside at all, preferring to watch the winter weather from her hammock or cat tree, but Inky goes out almost every day for a little while at least. A miserable day here, hope it's nicer where you are! Lovely family photos! You look very busy with Valentines, something I usually don't think about until a few days before! Here's hoping you don't get much snow, and your electricity stays on! Lindart #20

Hi, Sylvia!

Looks like you have a lot going on! We got a lot of rain here in Georgia. Very, very cold rain!

Nice to be back at WOYWW!

Glad you're feeling better, I think we all strive for normalcy after Christmas don't we! I love that you have a huge chocolate box full of valentines ephemera, I mean, where better! I haven't given valentines a second thought to be honest. Keep warm, be like a Bailey if necessary! Hope the sibling get together occurs and is fun!

It's been a bit chilly here but at least the floods are subsiding. Our town has a river encircling it which causes road closures but we are high and dry out of town. I'm glad you are feeling better. We have had a cough which has hung on for weeks. Looking forward to Spring around the corner! x x Jo

Love your table full of hearts! My head is always full of ideas but my energy levels can't always keep up. Hope the weather doesn't cause you any problems - it's got a tad colder here the last few days but currently sunny with blue skies which always perks me up. Something's gotta give!! Have a great week, love n hugs, Cindyxx #10
