Cookies notification in European Union countries
European Union (EU) laws require you to give EU visitors information about cookies used on your blog. In many cases, these laws also require you to obtain consent.
As a courtesy, we have added a notice on your blog to help meet these regulations. The notice lets visitors know about Google's use of certain Blogger and Google cookies on your blog, including Google Analytics and AdSense cookies. Learn about Google’s privacy practices and how Google uses data on partner sites.
Change the notice
If you have edited your blog in a way that hides this notice, it will be your responsibility to notify your visitors about cookies used on your blog and if necessary, obtain consent. Also, if you have added other blog features that set cookies, including third-party analytics or advertising services, you’ll need to provide additional or a different notice.
It is your responsibility to determine, based on your cookie use, what else would be appropriate. If you choose to use a different notice, be sure you still comply with Google’s EU user consent policy. Learn more on generating cookie notices.
See the notice
To see the notice if you’re outside of the EU, view your blog and change the country code, for example blogspot.fr orblogspot.co.uk. If you use a custom domain, you won't see the notice outside of the EU.Think I am getting too old for all the updates Google/ Microsoft want me to use.

THANK YOU to ALL I will truly enjoy and treasure each one. Loving the friendship and inspiration I receive from all of You.
The one of my desk was too blurry to show...I get so disgusted with Windows Ten Photo Display ONE DRIVE IS FULL....so who cares I didn't want to use it anyway.
Why can't they just let stuff alone ? Another project to get straightened out. Geez.
Have a wonderful week

Hi Sylvia, the notice from google shows up fine at the top of your blog so you don't have to do anything or add the details each time you post. What a lovely collection of ATCs. Hope you get your Windows10 issues sorted soon, it must be aggravating. Sarah #4
As Sarah says, you can disable the cookies thing from appearing in your post, when anyone visits there’s an automatic banner that appears, so don’t worry. This new European Union directive about cookies and data protection has to be honest, cause more wasted time that any good it will do in my opinion.
Glad to see you’ve been getting happy mail, sort of makes up for the photo situation, how frustrating is WIndows. I can’t of course, offer any help at all, am useless, but am willing and cheering you on if that helps!
I’m sorry to say I am of little help with all the IT probs but I am glad to see our ATCs have arrived to make you smile this week.
Hugs,

Hi Sylvia, agreeing with Sarah & Julia- you probably see a banner along the top of blogs you visit- that shows up when anyone visits yours, so all is well. Nothing you need to do. Love all the ATC's, and the goodies to. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #18 XxX
I'm with you with the changes. I'm just too old and so I just decided they can do what they want. I can't deal with it anymore. LOL... Glad to see the little ATCs you are receiving. Hope you enjoy the rest of your week!
You;'re right, all these notices and things to adjust because of the bureaucracy. You've received some beautiful ATCs. Hazel, # 22 x
I live in the states, so I don't see a little banner across the top, but I put a notification on my sidebar for all to see all the time. I think it's a genuine pain and something both the EU and google have had a hand in. Politics in any form is ugly.
You received some awesome ATCs. I think they are great. Happy WOYWW from #2.
Everyone has already answered the notification stuff much better than I could! One weird thing with the changes is that I always used to get comments arrive in email as well as on my blog, but no longer! I don't think I've changed anyway so it's a complete mystery :-). Love all your ATCs - isn't it exciting when they arrive?
Hugs LLJ 11 xx
Hi.. the IT stuff here is terrible since 25th May when a law came in to protect digital privacy.. but don't worry, everything seems to be automatic.. so we can all ignore the cookies!
Love seeing all the ATCs you have received.. they are great!
Hope your photos are all working better next time x

Everyone's already said but the cookies thing comes on automatically so you don't need to worry about it. Lovely collection of ATCs too. Happy woyww, Angela x16x
Lovely collection of ATCs! As far as colouring the TH people - I started doing it the first time I used them at Christmas! I guess I just didn't like B&W! Glad you liked everything, have a wonderful week! Lindart #31
How fun to receive all that happy mail! Can't help you with the Cookie notice, it confused me, too. Glad a few people left comments explaining, though.
I can't help with the notice I'm afraid as I've been quietly worried about it myself, but I've taken heart from all the comments and decided to forget about it now! Like Jan I'm no longer getting emails when comments are left, which is extremely annoying as I miss some sometimes and then catch up days later!
You have a lovely collection of ATC's there - have you decided how to store them? I noticed (quite late) that you had suggested swapping but I had just used my last one up - I feel rude not letting you know but didn't see the post for a few days - I'm so sorry about that.
Hope you have a good week,
Hugs, Diana x #21
Not to worry Diana..I've been in and out May/June with family. Great times with all the grand children. Life has just been keeping me busy, then it's catch up time.
Such a lovely collection of ATCs - they are a clever bunch aren't they - all so different in their interpretation too. xx
