WOYWW #582

Welcome, it's the day we share our work spaces..Julia, our hostess has all the updates here:https://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/    I had a BIG surprise at 5 A.M. when I wanted to post this.
Blogger's  NEW UPDATE   (sure it will be great) but to an OLDIE, it's a matter of RE LEARNING and I am a little sick of  RE LEARNING everything  I do with technology.   Microsoft, Photos, Camera, Android, Cloud, One Drive, the list goes on and on.         RANT OVER !

My desk: well it's not available. Must take another day to be able to post photos I just took ??????

Here is a bench my hubby made from his old headboard. He found it in a storage shed. And he repainted alittle statue.

I took these 2 days ago and they were available.  Here he is in one of the tallest corn fields I've seen in years.  Fields are all just beautiful dark greens for miles and miles (includes bean fields) I've not taken photos of any as yet.
Well what do you know....found my 3 photos from this mornings photo shoot !!!!  Buried in a file of 2007
Last post I was working on 1 Journal....I ended up making 2 with different inside papers, Still have to finish the cover.  I will do more photos on these in another post later this week.  Had stitching  I wanted to do, but my needle broke and we haven't went to the city in a while, so will add to my list.
Some tags I made
And the DESK....more small journal fun

Wishing you all a good week. Thanks to those who made comments last week. Stay Safe.

I've found the new Blogger ok though the way the photos upload is a bit long winded, I guess it'll become easier with time. Love your journal and tags, so pretty - I'm glad you found the pics, lol! And the bench your hubby made is great fun, so is the pic of him in the cornfield, that made me laugh!

The new Blogger is weird - I signed up to it and worked on it for a while but now it has reverted itself back to the old one - I give up! Your journal and tags are lovely Sylvia - as is the amazing height of the corn! That would make the perfect maze to get lost in - they make corn mazes here but the corn doesn't get that tall for us. xx Jo

Love the bench Lillian, looks good with the statue besides it. Great photo of the field - long time since I saw anything growing so tall.
No idea what you are all on about with the photos as i have not used the new version yet. Oops, better find out before tomorrow when I post again but I do know what you mean about everything involving technology being a new learning process. Not easy as we get older, I can't be bothered and i forget too easily.
In fact I can't remember how to load up comments - will have to get help again. maybe it will sink in by the end of the year.
Hugs, Neet 3 xx

Oh I hear you on all the technical stuff! It drives me crazy. My phone all of a sudden would not offload onto my computer any more and I had to figure out something for that. Just one more thing. I love the photo of your husband in the cornfield...sort of reminded me of "Children of the Corn" So I was spooked a little. LOL...
I also love that bench...he is right handy to have around. Maybe you should keep him!

Hi Sylvia. I have no intention of moving to the new blogger unless I have to. I tried it and it' just takes too long to write a post. been to the forum and I'm not the only one that doesn't like it. Loving the journal and the tags. Have a lovely crafty woyww, Angela x14x

I am still holding off from using the new Blogger until I absolutely have to Sylvia. Love the bench, your hubby is very clever and I am a sucker for tags as you know. Cute small journals too. Stay safe and happy belated WOYWW. Sarah #10

Hi Sylvia. Sorry I am a day late got a bit tied up with paint and phonecalls yesterday!! Oh my - this new blogger does seem to have a lot to answer for! Folk seem to be really struggling - and why on earth should a photo you took yesterday be placed in a file from way back??? Doesn't make any sense. Technology improvements, huh?? Anyway - it looks like you have been busy at your craft desk - the tags are great, and the journal just lovely. Well done. That field of corn is pretty spectacular!
Take care. God bless.

Forgot to mention - I had problems with new blogger to start off with then I learnt where everything was (!) and began to be OK with it. Then this weekend all was back to square one. My scheduled posts were published, stripped of all links and some text - so they did not make sense. I found it hard to even write a new post as stuff was getting deleted or not posting. Anyway touch wood that has been resolved again (I do send feedback but whether that has any effect who knows?). Now I am finding that all photos are being loaded and extra large size so I have to resize as my blog fits large size at the most...
Happy belated woyww!

The bench is brilliant, Sylvia! What a great transformation of a headboard! Your tags are beautiful too. I am sorry you are struggling with the new Blogger. Every time I hear of yet another person needing to vent about it, I am more glad than ever that I abandoned Blogger over a year ago in favour of Wordpress. Blogger became an absolute pain, and it seems that it is reverting to type yet again... I hate it when they keep changing things just when you think you've got everything working properly.

Happy belated WOYWW,
